![]() Wednesday, November 13, 2002 A question for the weights divas: how do you know when you should increase the amount of weight on a particular exercise, and how much should you increase it by? I'd ask this at the Circuit Training Seminar my gym is holding on Friday, but it's a "limited space" session and I'm thinking there won't be a space left by the time I call tomorrow. posted by Adrith | 9:32 PM... I think because when you're outside, fresh air, doing something that centers around the experience and not the exercise, you're apt to not think about it all so much. When I play racquetball, it's about kicking Erik's ass, not playing long enough to burn X amount of calories!
Got some love from the scale today .. down just one little pound, but I'm glad to have gotten rid of it. I also wanted to report that my four-miler on Monday went extremely well, and I'm feeling very positive about my abbreviated training plan. Yay! posted by Adrith | 8:57 AM |
